Transparent pricing

Home care doesn't have to cost you a thing

Most of our clients access government-funded or Local Authority-funded care. We help families understand and apply for the support they're entitled to — at no cost to you to find out.

Every care plan is different — so is every quote

We don't publish fixed price lists because no two care situations are the same. The cost of your care depends on the type of support needed, how many hours per week, the time of day visits take place and any specialist requirements — and we build every plan from scratch around your individual needs.

More importantly: the majority of our clients do not pay for their care out of pocket. We work closely with each family to identify and apply for every source of funding they may be entitled to — from Local Authority social care funding to NHS Continuing Healthcare and Attendance Allowance.

Our first step is always a free, no-obligation conversation. We will assess your needs, explain the options and tell you honestly what funding routes may be open to you — before you commit to anything.

A guide to what care costs

Every care plan is tailored, so exact costs vary. These starting rates give you a broad sense of what to expect — and remember, many clients access funding that covers some or all of these costs.

Hourly Care
From £25/hr

Regular visits, personal care, medication, meal prep and companionship — priced per visit.

Live-In Care
From £1,200/wk

A resident carer in your home providing round-the-clock support — often more affordable than a care home.

Overnight Care
From £180/night

Overnight presence to support routines, medication and safety — giving family carers a full night's rest.

These are indicative starting rates. Your actual cost may be significantly lower — or zero — depending on the funding you're entitled to. We'll help you find out. Talk to us for a free quote →

You may not have to pay at all

Most families are surprised by how much financial support is available. We help navigate every route — and we do this as part of every new client relationship, not as an optional extra.

Self-funding

If you're funding care privately, you'll pay our weekly or hourly rate directly. We offer transparent quotes with no hidden charges, and your care plan can be adjusted as needs change.

Local Authority Funding

Your local council may fund or contribute to care costs following a needs assessment and financial assessment (means test). We support clients funded through Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Islington and other London boroughs.

NHS Continuing Healthcare

If your care needs are primarily health-related, the NHS may fund the full cost of your care through NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We can assist you in understanding eligibility and navigating the application process.

Direct Payments

If you're eligible for Local Authority or NHS funding, you may receive this as a Direct Payment — giving you control over how you spend it on care, including with us as your chosen provider.

Attendance Allowance

If you're over 65 and need help with personal care due to illness or disability, you may be entitled to Attendance Allowance — a tax-free benefit that can help cover care costs. Our team can point you in the right direction.

Personal Health Budgets

If you receive NHS-funded care, a Personal Health Budget gives you greater flexibility to choose how your funding is spent on health and wellbeing support — including home care services.
